About…,researching…,the instruction, tools, and materials, to build a civil society to have some projects to keep us occupied, with something we can do, and finish, besides “improve our species’s chances of survival”….. by forcing each other to “behave ourselves.”
The idea I get is that in the 70′s some bozo decided all the church ladies and soccer moms were suddenly in charge of punishing uo wif we acted like civilians.
So the guys didln’t care, and they started acting like pissed off 35 year old dykes.
No wonder they are pissed off, they guys are all acting more like ladies…, than they are acting like guys. Like it is a damn requirement…,to pretend we are all fourteen, and sorta femmy and really gentle and well behaved wimpy geeks.
I grew up with wilderness guides in Alaska, and we would sort of make fun of the customers from the lower 48 , when they first got here, and got out in the woods…,when it helped improve their self esteem after they started giving up the feeling like they were being watched and monitored and supervised all the time…, and learned they really wouldn’t need a guide to show them around for very long.
There was nobody to watch them, and they learned that they could take care of themselves, and others, when they simply dropped all that gargbage about watching, monitoring, or supervising, anybody else.
If you stop supervising others, maybe they will stop collecting data and statistics about you to sell to some “inside” type who doesn’t have the courage to go out in the woods.
The human species is definately surviving, we are just havng a hard time kickin – ass on the freaks and geeks who want to watch, and not work.
who knows if the money from the tobacco companys a few years ago was ever used to built anything cool?
